About your dealership's protection plan.
Who is Parabolic Auto?
We assist your dealership in protection plan outreach with customers who didn't buy at the point of sale or only serviced their vehicles with the dealership. On your contract, the seller is your dealership, sometimes shown as "in care of Parabolic Auto."

Why did I get a message from you?
After a purchase or a service visit, your dealership may offer you a quote for the same highest-level protection plan it offers, paid month to month. The message comes from your dealership's coverage team, through us.
What does it cost?
You pay month to month, with 0% interest. Your quote shows your monthly price before you sign up.
Who is charging my card?
Your statement will show one of these: Service Payment Plan, or your dealership's initials followed by our phone number. Not sure which yours will be? Call or text us.

What does the plan cover?
We offer one plan: our highest level of coverage. Your contract is exclusionary coverage which means all parts and components are designed to be covered except for the few exclusions.
When does coverage start?
Your plan includes a waiting period before coverage begins. The exact time and mileage are in your contract.
Who stands behind my plan?
Your contract names the company that administers your coverage, along with the claims number and the roadside assistance number. Keep it handy.
Will I get a refund?
Cancel in the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, you receive a prorated refund for the current month on the card on file.
Where can I get repairs?
At your dealership, or at any ASE-certified mechanic.
What happens when I need a repair?
Bring your vehicle in and tell the shop you have a protection plan before any work starts. After an inspection, the service advisor calls the claims number printed on your contract. The shop and the claims team handle the approval together. You pay your deductible.
